Finally got my system installed. The sub sounds amazing at low volumes, but when i turn it up it is not as clean. But i haven't messed with any of the settings on the amp. Its almost like the 5x7s i put in are making the bass sound bad when i turn it up because i adjusted the settings on my head...

Paid 240 for it new with warranty knew someone at the store, and found a great coupon code after searching for awhile. Tried using it again, but they cancelled it after i used it or i would share it. The 400$ is crazy

What is SPL?

Learned it's overpriced, and haven't got it hooked up yet, but when i mention it you guys make it sound like i got from walmart. Know you guys have some better equipment, but i'm not trying to let other people hear it. Just want quality bass that will give me a good massage. Is it really that bad?

No. Even took out the backseat to see if it would go in. The height is only 13 inches with the mach system. there's a half enclosure for the rear speakers But even if i took that out it wouldn't go. Why is JL so bad? I'm just wanting a quality bass. Not extreme loud. Just a good massage

Someone is building it to the specs of my car for 120. To ship it back is 85. It seems like a reasonable price. Wish i had the tools to do it though

Well its designed for that speaker and tuned to a certain frequency. It's a really impressive box if you look on there homepage. I don't have the tools to build a box. Furbies, When you say tuned to 32hz how would i get that done? How do you know what to tune it at? Thanks again

Would like to do that. But would be out the extra 200 plus i paid for the box. And if i did sell it, I would have to pay probably 70 to ship it. Regretting upgrading almost. Just been bad karma. Thanks for the advice
