Here is another enclosure I started today for someone. Box is for 4 SA-8's, will have interchangeable ports (2x - 35hz, 60hz) and a bedliner finish with red baffle/ports. Should be a good one! Lots more to come! Let me know what you think Dustin

Definitely not true. Not sure what screws you are referring to because my coarse thread drywall screws have never "snapped" in the hundreds of boxes i'v built..

slot ported would be $175 with carpet. Take away $15 for no carpet.

Aero's are spendy if you dont get them in bulk. So your going to be looking at the same price pretty much. I can do $190 with aero's and carpet. if you don't want carpet you can take away $15 from the price.

Yeah, that's a tough budget. $195 is probably the lowest you will get with letting, shipping and kerfed port.
