Whatever punishment he actually receives won't matter for 8-12 months. The police said it won't even go to court before the end of the year. Also, why am I being referred to as "OP"? WTF is that?

Yeah... my biggest concern no matter what is the fact that he knows where I live. He stole out of my driveway. That is why he also needs to understand I know where he lives as well and there would not be a peaceful end to any further contact between us. Really all I want is my $h1T back the way...

Not really.... if he has already posted it on the internet, and I simply link to it I have done nothing wrong. Besides, it is not like people could not find out anyways, just as easily as I have. I would not be asking anyone to do anything, merely letting people know he is a crook.

The dude is driving a BAD ARSE Vette... I know he has money, plus given where he lives I know he has money. Money he has, brains he is lacking. Also, my plan is contingent on the fact that they did not find anything else illegal at his house (like drugs or other stolen goods).
