Out of all of my years in building car stereo's, i've never cared to know how to make a box with a logo or lettering that sticks out a hair more than anything else. Something like this... Do you just get like 1/4" mdf or plywood and stick it on there then wrap it? I'm wanting to make this...

this is what I was mostly worried about. I was thinking that since the cone is so small it may be a bit more responsive than something that was bigger. I just don't have any experience with components (yet, always ran coaxial) to know what the difference is. I'm guessing these are gonna be a LOT...
