They probably were new. Refurbished isn't bad though, a lot of times it can be better because they are inspected a lot better. Just depends on the company.

So far the best I can find is two 15" PG titaniums on ebay for 179 and 45 shipping. Ike's has the 12" ones for 100 a piece. I can barely fit a box for a single 12 in my trunk because of the height. I don't think I could fit 2 15s without a total custom job.

They were on ebay, I got it buy it now. I don't know how good the cap actually is though. It is a stinger, I havent heard of them. But I think just the subs are a good deal for that price.
