So I checked the ground wire. And god*am*tt, the frekin ground wire had wiggled out of the connector. Put a new connector on and everything works fine. I think when I originally put the connector on, I didn't have a proper crimping tool; I must have just hammered it down. Thank you to everyone...

So I brought the amp up to the battery and connected it straight and grounded to the engine block. The amp turned on and the blue light didn't blink. I was also getting 14v with multimeter connected to the terminals of the amplifier. So now, I'm even more confused. It is the ground wire...

@audiobaun, funny you linked that video. I just watched it before your post. Thank you again. I will test the subs tomorrow. I think its worth just getting an new amp. This Kenwood amp has served me well. I was 21 when I got it, I'm 47 now. It has served its time; lol.

Thank you for the great information. Here is the subwoofer I have. I have not tested the individual subwoofers to see if there is a problem with them (and I'm not sure how to even test them). Which of the amps that you suggested would be a best fit? Kenwood KSC-BP210

Well, I only had the subwoofer connected. Since the AMP does not turn on, the subwoofer does the work. The rest of the speakers work fine because they are not connected to the any in any way.
