    problem with amp wiring

What exactly does it matter that you have a "cheap" amp kit. As long as you have the right gauge for the right amount of power the power/ground doesn't care what brand is slapped on the jacket. The only thing that will matter is your RCA's somewhat. Check to see how your grounds are- You...

    Lights Inside Wiring Question....

Pretty sure he meant to just wire it in with the speaker leads.... And no, I don't think that that's a good idea. #1 that may or may not detract from the overall SQ, not sure. But your amplifier is just that, an amplifier. It doesn't simply put out 12 volts, it puts out however loud the...

    Frequency/spectrum analyzation software

So if I have a decent sound card, and a decent microphone hooked up to my computer, and I'm using my computer as my source for my home stereo, is there any decent software out there that can analyze the sound and give me an equalizer to flatten the response? Any other ideas besides this? Thx

    280 pound package arrives today

not to burst your bubble, but at 120volts and just 5000 watts your looking at a 41amp draw. most homes have 15amp or 20amp breakers for each room, I'd plan on hiring an electrictian. Unless someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

    Dayton HPSA 500, 300-806 question

Hey. I'm confused about the Dayton HPSA 500, 300-806, on partsexpress. The website says 540wrms @4ohms, and the PDF manual says 540w's max. But $298(on sale for $240, list price $499) seems a bit high for only 540 watts max. Anyone else have any expirence with these amplifiers, or it's big...

Parts Express LED'S (forward voltage range)

I'm looking at these LEDS on partexpress.com(http://www.partsexpress.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?&DID=7&Partnumber=070-015) what exactly does this mean?: "Red diffused LED in the industry standard T-1-3/4 5mm case style. Typical forward voltage range 1.7Vdc-2.2Vdc 20-30mA." I understand the...

Will I get my $ back?

I'd say most likely not that direct, you'd have to do a return thru the seller. Was it already shipped out before you filed? Also a lot of people on ebay don't accept returns. FYI I use ebay quite a bit as a buyer and a seller, and this is the exact reason I don't accept returns.

How about a JVC RX-803VBK, is this a good quality receiver to use, or do you mean like what kind of condition it's in?
