I have 2 12" audioques in a box that has subs facing back and port facing back running off 4000watt memphis mojo. What would you think the result would be if i faced subs and port foreward, and sealed it off from the trunk? I have a 99 olds intrigue

Yea I wish I would have just used CA glue, but a lot of people on here recommended Goop... and it did a horrible job. The dustcap started coming of at a comp, and a guy there had ca glue and he fixed it for me, and the CA is holding strong, but the other half that was still help down by goop has...

I keep blowing the dustcap off of my btl. It is starting to pull the cone up. and it looks ugly. Can I get a larger diameter dustcap to cover where the old one went and where the cone started to peel, or will that make the sub sound different?

no it wasn't 1.31. i kept it on same setting and tested an infinity speaker and it read 2.9. not 290 lol but either way problem solved got it all wired back together and life is good.

i pulled the sub out of the box and turns out my negatives came undone from the bolt running through the box, so it was reading the two postives wired together only, no negative. put the dmm in both sets of termionals and both sets read 2.0 still kinda confused on the high number though...

So my DMM is telling me my FI BTL 15 is wired to 131 ohm.... I kept the DMM on the same setting and tried a normal infinity kappa door speaker and it read 2.9 ohm... im starting to feel like i dont know what im doing anymore.

So I have hope my amp might still be good? =D

So I trouble shooted my amp to discover I have no power coming out of the speaker channels. I figured this meant my amp was blown. When I tried putting a new amp in, it too would power on but nothing out of the speaker terminals. I dont have access to a DMM so I cant figure out if there is...

No power when testing with a DMM through the speaker terminals =[

I need to figure out if its my sub thats blown, or my amp that isnt putting out power. The amp turns on, but nothing happens. Is there a way to use a DMM to check for power output to speakers?

k so bought my other 1400 off caco. Now, any more input on batcap 800 vs kinetik 800 as a starting battery?

I have a kinetik hc1400 for the back, and I am buying another one to add in. For my front battery I have a batcap 800, but I was wondering ig I should switch to all kinetik. If the batcap would work it would be more hassle free for me. Suggestions?

Is there a difference between kinetics hc2400 and its "krank it up" fc-2400? I see the fc-2400 is cheaper...
