I dont believe its 4000watts peak..it might have the soft parts but it doesnt have the hard parts (i.e. Motor) to back it up and only the level 6 is 2000watts RMS (Rated) I'm sure this sub can probably take 1500ish of clean power..I'd still want it regardless If your selling all your car audio...
