    Can you the bass blocker right off the amp then to speaker? Most of the time when I have seen them they're right next to the speaker but I can't fit it there please help with any info

    I highly doubt you'll find any builder to do it and ship it for that price. A sheet of wood is anywhere from 50 to 150$ shipping would be about 50.00 even at the best price that wouldn't be doable.
