i tried this. to no avail. I still cant get the hue of whatever color I choose to go away. It does dim when i turn the lights on but I dunno, its not right. Is it possible to have a totally black display with text on top of it?

Just installed this deck and Im a huge USb user. When I first get in I like to just be able to sift through folder names then the songs in that folder. Can anyone explain how to bring up a list of folders on a usb drive? Learning all the settings are a bit overwhelming at first.
