install/box dependant. its 'SQ oriented' , but that is nothing but merely a label...you can make any sub do what you want it to do. for example, look around for #'s ppl post of what they got on the meter. theres some1 on here w/ his RL-p's, that got in the upper 150db's...

as do i. just tune to around 28-33hz and you will be ok. i listen to everything from trance, oldies, screamo, metal, underground hip hop (has real tight-clean sounding bass), rap, and 'romance' my box has not made me disapprove of any sounds that it has created yet.

this thread is petty. enjoy your system for what it is, and not for the intended use to show off that its better than others.
