yeah, but if you saw sparks chances are you will be able to tell if its blown. Also there are usually two fuse boxes in cars so check both.

Most of the time you can tell just by looking at it. If you dont know how ask someone around you to help.

Check the fuses to see if its blown? Or do a continuity test. Also please do not run neon off of your trunk light.
