As said many times you cannot possibly run 2 DVC 4ohm coil subs at 8ohms.
For the pdx-1.1000 wire it at 4 ohms and you'll be sweet, it's underrated and should have plenty of power. Wire the coils in series and the subs in parallel.

that page page has a few different useful calculators, the "system design assistant about 1/3 of the way down will give you a reasonably accurate current draw at clipping measure if thats all your after.
Are you sure about that the wires are black with ring terminals...
