The weather broke.. I'm gonna give it a shot. Turn the gain off and bass boost off, what should the crossover be at? I know you adjust the gain until t doesn't sound any louder or it distorts then back off a bit. Anything else I should do?

It's hard for me to explain the sound.. There isn't much kick, more so a whoof sound, more bassy than a clean kick. I've turn SLA off EQ to flat bass boost off basically turned all sound boost/amplification from the head unit. The sub level is +6 but I haven't been able to mess with the gain due...

The head unit also has a loudness setting. What should that be set at? Off?

I Wouldn't you know I'm a carpenter by trade? Haha. I'd just get the material, MDF or plywood? And I'd use drywall screws, caulk all the seams and what not. I think I have a jigsaw somewhere too

So get a different seal box. Hahaha. In the sub control menu I can set the hz level, then the next set is sub boost or volume? Like -1-2-3 +1+2+3, set that to the highest? Or keep it at 0?

I checked out kickers specs on the sub and it says at least 1.5 cubic feet of space to work "properly"
