They are worth whatever someone is willing to pay. You might figure out how much they sell for used, and then find out how much it would cost to have them repaired, just to get an idea.

Not sure if that was supposed to be a compliment. Do you really think its wise to drive a car with 5% tint on the WINDSHIELD? If so, then it might not be a great loss when youre eliminated from the gene pool.
