Any body around the Toms River area or so that has a smd dd1 help me set my gains. I have a sub amp and mid's/high's amp. Or know of a shop that will do it. Thanks.

Whats amps? Just get a dmm and set your gains like that. Onle $20 at sears or home depot

I have a dmm but it does not detect for distortion. I have a mid/ high's amp I'd like to send and output a clean signal. It also works on the rca's out from the head unit letting me know where the head unit's limits for distortion begins.

Try hooking it up directly to the battery with a regular 16 gauge speaker wire +/- then daisy chain the remote lead, If you can hook everything...

Yeah, put the probes on the power wire and ground wire of the amplifier. Multimeter on DC.
Do not put it on the wires that go to your speakers. M
