Hi folks - I'm in the process of installing a Pioneer DEH-S6000BS into my 93 Land Cruiser.  I'd like to use the bluetooth mic, but I'd rather not have wires trailing.

I have a blank switch plate in the dash that i'm willing to drill out - so two questions.

1. Anybody know of an appropriate microphone that's meant to install into a flat panel?

2. A picture of a mic similar to the one supplied is below.  If I drill the panel and secure it somehow, is it OK if just the front of the mic is exposed?  Do the slots along the back of the barrel need to protrude into the cabin as well?
