Are you saying you can't play music via bluetooth at all? It is normal for the unit to stop playing music when a call is received.

Did you try resetting the unit? Make sure no usb is connected before resetting. Reset button is located bottom left corner (arrow pointing down)

If your subs are 250 each the Prime R500X1D will work wonders for you. I'm using one now. Very under rated. You will be super happy with it.

This is just a personal point of view. I tend to stay away from amps that slap a wattage rating on there products that are not true.

Specs on it are pretty good. I guess it depends on what you plan to run on it.

Have you tried numbering the folders? Add a number to the end of the name of the folder or beginning. Example- Name Of Folder.1 Name Of Folder.2

Sounds like the faceplate is lose. Try putting a small folded piece of paper behind it and try again.

Can you get the model number of the subs and amp?

What amperage fuses are you using?

What type of vehicle?

Do you have 1 or 2? The correct port size is 12.5"x1"

Do you have exact model number for the subs? The port dimensions differ depending on model.
