Currently rcas are connected to input b.A sub is bridged per user manual. Now i need to connect two speakers.Hu only has one set of outputs so i would need to use a splitter for the rca to input a.
Is this feature same as using the splitter and i connect current rca to input (a)instead,if so does setting gain for example effect both inputs or still be seperated?thanks

If you have one set of outputs, just split them with a RCA Y. THe amp should have separate gains on the amp itself so it does not matter how many times you split the impute signal. The only thing you lose with a single set of outputs is the ability to fade signal which in this case should not be an issue. THese should do the trick

Remember that the color code on the "Y" will not apply and to insure that the "Y" that splits the right side goes to the two inputs on the right channels and the left on the left irrespective of the color bands on the "Y" connectors.

So I'll just use a splitter and ignore the input mode on the amplifier as i think that combines the channels aswell and could be a problem for setting gain or low and high passes

Actually, the way I read this, you can skip using the Y adapter and set it to "ON", the one input will provide the same R/L signal to both, internally. The gains and filters should be specific to output and should not be impacted and function the same on either setting.

Yes that's what i meant if i can bypass the use of a y splitter.Thanks.I plug current rca to input a and set it to on.For setting gain and filters, does input a control first 2 channels and input b control the remaing or bridged in this case?

The gains and x-overs pots should be marked as to which they control. If you can provide a snapshot of that end of the amp, it would help.

Like stated above, that input selector switch is just a Y-splitter. The amplifier gains and x-over settings still control front and rear individually.
