When I hooked up my 1000 watt amp to my two 10" subwoofers, closing my trunk and back seats causes my subs to keep a steady bass pitch. When I hook up my 200 watt amp to one 10" pioneer subwoofer, it sounds beautiful. What could be wrong to my setup of the 1000 watt amp when I'm pushing two 10" subwoofers?

does your stuff work right with the seat open?

It almost sounds like the ground, or RCA's are bad.

Does it do it with the car not running?

Does the sound change pitch when you rev up the eng?

have you wiggled any of the cables and see if it gets worse or better?
