12'' ported vs. 15'' sealed

I am about to buy a re xxx but i can't decide whether to get a 12'' or 15''. If i get 12 i can either seal or port it but if i get the 15 i only have enough room to seal it.

Which do you think will get louder and/or sound better? a 12 ported or 15 sealed?

What are the largest possible box dimensions? You might, in fact, be able to vent the 15".

Play around with WinISD Pro from http://www.linearteam.dk/ - they probably won't have your driver in the database, so you'll have to input the T-S parameters manually (a one-time job).
