12" HC Owners

I got my 2 12" HC subs from RE the other day. Got a box built for me, and on its way from Donn at Gnomeaudio, and am planning on getting the HiFonics Brutus 1500 Class D amp. It's goin in my 96' grand prix-- what's your setups like?

If have one 15". It'll be run off of a tsunami 1100d @ 1 ohm. In ~4cubft tuned to mid/low 30's.

Why would you want a 1ohm stable amplifier that you cant ever run at 1ohm?

HC's are dual 2ohm. You can run a pair of them at 0.5, 2, or 8ohms.

Team psi you just scared the **** outta me for a second there...I'm only using one of them. See? One 15. I believe that dual 2 ohms can be wired to 1 ohm or 4 ohms correct?

Teampsi was talking about brothaknowles. He is getting a BX1500D which is 1 ohm stable. He will get about 1000 watts at 2 ohms instead of 1500 at 1 ohm.
