I hear that both of these subs are excellent and have great sq. I am looking for great sq and if I get either one of these I will have it in a ported box. My question is whats new about the XXX and how much does a 12 cost? Gonna be running either one off my Hifonics Brutus 1000 amp on 1ohm possibly. I notice alot of people hating on both of these subs and I want to get 1 or the other to decide for myself //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/idea.gif.5acb6a39a9b92425414c316dda202bad.gif . ive seen the xxx in acton and its a nice speaker......

brahmas are told to be quite similar but i havent heard them so i cant say, but i can say that the xxx's are sexy as hell

I'd step up to the BX1500D from the BX1000D and let either sub rip. Both will make you **** your pants. Both will offer awesome sound quality. Both handle lots of power well. Both this, both that.
