A phoenix Gold 1200.1 or a JBL BP 1200.1 to power a S15L7?? Which one is better? Do either companies sell them refurbished? THANX

JBL puts out about 1300ish watts at 1-2 ohms and is stable to 1 ohm but has no subsonic filter. sots about 200-300 dollars over the net.

PG puts out 1500ish watts at 2-4 ohms not stable to 1 ohm and i believe have a subsonic filter. 300-400 dollars on ebay.

pg over the jbl... i don't care what ohm load you run it at 2 or 4...

u can run pg at 4ohms and still get same amount of power the jbl is pushing at 1.

PG always it´s better amp than the JBL. The JBL amps are easy to blow them.

Not really, I reversed the polarity a few times.. lol. Still pushing strong.
