Alpine CDA-9807 problems

I just installed my Alpine CDA-9807 in my 96 Ram-1500 with infinity speakers. The sound is great when i play the radio, but when i put in a CD it'll only put out sound in the front. And mostly in the tweeters. The wires are solid checked em like 50 times. I've been messing with the controls on the HU but it still wont work. It worked fine on my ranger....any ideas? I need help.

do you have an amp running any other speakers? If so you hooked the remote turn on wire to the power antenna lead. It should be hooked up to the blue/white wire, not the solid blue wire.

I'm hoping to find someone who might be able to repair this head unit. The faceplate doesn't slide out at all.
