Alpine Type R in Trans Am

Well if you get the dual 4 ohm you'll be able to run it at 2 and 8 ohms. If you get the dual 2 ohm you can run it at 4 and 1 ohm. I would get the dual 4 ohm and run it at 2 ohms. They are power hungry and will want 400-600 watts RMS. A JBL 600.1 or an Alpine MRD-M500 would run it nicely.

I would just go with a ported box tuned from 32 hz. - 35 hz.
