yeah you really need to upgrade that 8 gauge before you catch on fire.

Hell, my personal opinion...I'd be weary of running 1200 watts on 4 gauge..

Just run 1/0 gauge to start with even if you plan on doing a small system, and IF you ever need to upgrade equipment, your wire is done.

It'll help the amp run a little better, and once you add the extra battery in the back, you'll notice a sizable gain in output....or at least you should..

This may be an option for you as well. Im sure Amazon has them on theyre site also to be purchased. Great amps...

Yeah, put the probes on the power wire and ground wire of the amplifier. Multimeter on DC. Do not put it on the wires that go to your speakers. M
