Is it possible to use a 2-channel amp to power a set of components and a pair of 6X9's. Amp is Hollywood HV 600.2 connecting to 90rms components and 90 rms 6X9. Is this a over kill of power

most good 6x9's and compoonents can hadle 90 rms and yes you could run both off a 2 channel amp just run them in 2ohm stereo on the amp.
