im looking for spl on a budget. im gonna use two twelves. which will give me the most spl with 1200 watts. punch hx2 or ed k. i don't wanna spend more than $140 per sub. i will give each sub about 2 cubes max in a ported box. i want my amp to see 2 ohms (dual 2ohm or single 4ohm). please give me some suggestions. no audiobahn please. thanx.

SPL...the hx2. But i won't sound NEARLY as good as the k. peace

i may just go with the fosgates. im also thinking about considering two comp vr 12's. i know i will have a small power handling issue with the vr's. oh yeah im selling or trading my 15 hc. only 2 weeks old. send me a pm if interested.

alot of my bass is being "trapped" in my trunk because of the height of my box. dont get me wrong, it gets loud. i just feel that two twelves will do better in my car. i may just keep it. i may buy another monte carlo ss and then i can buy another hc. it depends on how much money i have left after a couple of trips this summer. if i sale it i will use the money toward a couple of twelves. i have a limited budget for car audio.

the 15 gets loud, but i feel that two twelves will get louder in the small trunk of my honda.
