Will this box work well for two premiers? Should I shoot for more port area? My goal is SQL.

I would go slightly larger with the enclosure, about an extra half cube or so, and a bit more port as well (I would add 20^2 inches or so.) You will love them tuned low, they are indeed low-end monsters.

So should I go with 4.5 ft^3 @32hz w/ 60 sq inches of port. Or would moe's 4.3^3 plan be good. I'm really cuttin it tight with space. The first box is about 4.2 before displacement. What about 4 ft^3 after displacement w/ 60 sq inches of port?

If it's made with the free online calculator, I wouldn't trust it.

I did it on subwoofertools. I heard it was pretty accurate, not 100% but close enough will it won't effect sound.

Yea I can post pics if u want. The only problem is space. I only have 38X14 to work with. Depth can be up to 24 inches. Its in an 05 sentra. I don't know if I can get 4.5 cubes in there, unless one of ya'll can design me a good box. The main issue is height. If anything I'll go with 4ft^3 after displacement and 60 sq in. of port. Also is subwoofertools accurate enough to use? Traksta how do yours sound in that size box?

mine sound great imo-they're obviously not sq subs but the sq isn't that bad. Mine hit pretty deep even w/35Hz tuning, I would go lower if i were to do it again.

I probably go with this. This is about as big as i could fit. I could go bigger but port area would have to suffer.

How do these subs do sealed. I mean its in a 05 sentra which is a very small car. Would 2 of these in 3 cubes sealed still get loud in my car. What about SQ? I'm really going for the best overall sound, or do these really shine ported? I would like to keep some space but I want it to get loud and sound good doin it. What do u think?
