Hello to everyone! I bought the head unit of Pioneer DEH-X5600BT and the remote control cd-sr110. The manual of the head unit says that this remote is optional, so I expect that it is fully compatible with my unit. The problem is that I can't connect it with my source.The manual of the remote doesn't say how to connect it. Could anyone help me? Thanks in advance.

Had a similar problem with my unit only I could test the remote before buying it. Seems the devices are incompatible despite the manufacturer's claim in the user manual. Is there an IR sensor on the deh x5600bt in the first place? I doubt it. The unit works great without the remote notwithstanding.
