I currently have 2 Rockford Fosgate 10" P2 PUNCH subs, with infinity mids and highs. The amp pushing the subs is an Alpine 700 watt V Power Mono Class . With a sony x plod head unit and a pyramid x over.

Do you think i could compete?

Or should i wait until i get two more Rockford Fosgate P2 Punch's and another alpine amp vpower mono 700 watt class d ?

I think you should wait till you get better subs than rockford. but go ahead whenever you want.

get higher quality stuff like t1's or t2's i dont think the p2's **** but i dont think they would be good enough for competitions

Are you talking SQ or SPL, with an awesome install you could pull off some low competition SQ comps, but it would require an awesome install. SPL, i would say get new subs and new amps.
