Eclipse SW6103.4 vs Alpine Type S

I just scrapped my factory sound system and bought all new components. New HU, new speakers, new amp, all I need now is a sub, I've kinda narrowed it down to these two:

Eclipse SW6103.4

Alpine Type S SWS-1042D

I'm trying to complement a pair of JL TR400-cxi 4" two ways,

and a set of Eclipse SC 8362 6.5 components.

I've got 180 rms available for the sub. I'm going to be putting it in a sealed enclosure, SQ is most important to me, but I want to be able to get a decent "bump" out of my sub.

I'm open to other suggestions, hope I gave enough info. Also anyone know good places on the web to buy subs/enclosures?

180 watts is not a lot to work with...I don't know much about type S or the eclipse...maybe a JL W0 or an eD Kx...
