Is this normal?

My ohm load for my 2 RE SE's ( dual 4 ohm) is like 2.3-2.4 ish. Im not 100% sure they are wired correctly for 1 ohm but that's what it is supposed to be. We tested it with 2 different volt meter thingies . The first one said like 3.2 and the second said 2.3 ohms ( was more accurate). We read it from the wires from the box. Is this normal? Shouldnt it read closer to 1 ohm ? maybe a wire got switched? Dunno.

well i know that but was wondering if its normal for them to be at those ohms? i really dont want to take them out of the box if i dont ahve it its a pain in the ass to get the huge box out of my small car plus risk messing up the screws...

shouldnt the ohms be closer to 1? isnt 2.2 or 2.3 higher then it should be?

Touch the leads on the DMM together, read the resistance in ohms. That's your zero point. Subtract that value from your readings to get the true number.
