magnum sound

some people say the magnum is for more "mature" tastes. i wounder would it still deliever the deep powerful , slightly sub-centric sould i'm after or would i be be better of getting something else. I am willing to port it to get my sound since i will do that anyway

Well, just let me say...you WILL NOT be disappointed with the magnum. It offer extreme SQ, that is it's first goal, and it does a great job of doing. I has tight, articulate bass. Since it is engineered so great, like Nick (owner of SI) has sed b4, an added "side effect" is it has the ability to get amazingly loud also. Basically, it's an amazing SQL driver. peace

to one 12" magnum d2? Wouldn't be a problem at all, i have been running near 1400 watts rms daily to my magnums in 2.5 cubes each ported @33hz for about 3-4 months. peace
