mayhem 18 to replace re sx??????

Ok its already written that the sx 18 is going bye bye. So i was looking for a better replacement and on the list was dc lvl 5 sundown zv3 or a re mt. All of which are pretty high and im one who will always to how much i can get on tight budget. I seen online i can get a new AA mayhem 18 for $509 and its rated at 2500 rms which means i would try to give it 4k.....is this a good upgrade from the re sx?
