Need Help! Annoying Alternator Wine

Alright, im no specialist or anything but I have been playing around with my car audio for about 2 years and I finally took the bold step of getting a 4-Channel amplifier to power my door speakers but here lies my problem: I have developed the most annoying alternator wine. Any ideas?

Heres my system:

-> Boss PH4.400 4 Channel Amp -> Door Speakers

JVC KW-HDR720 -> Boss 3.5 Farad Capacitor

-> Boss PH2.1500 2 Channel Amp -> Subs

Car: 2000 Taurus SEL

No Big 3 Upgrade

4 Gauge Wire to Capacitor Then 8 Gauge to Amps

Typically this is caused by the electric current running along your power wire creating interference in your RCA cable. Make sure to have the RCA cable run on the opposite side of the vehicle from the power wire. Highly suggest getting different equipment in the future.

I run the power on the opposite side of the RCA's and the remote wire and I agree, JVC is ****. Before I had a Sony (ehh) and a Pioneer (MUCH Better) head unit. This one is okay and I didn't want to drop a ton of money on my head unit. As for the Boss, Ive never had any problems with my PH2.1500 driving my Kicker Comp 12"s but this 4 Channel is a whole new ballgame for me. I just sent my JVC in for service but the problem is still present with my temp head unit (Pioneer DEH-P4500MP).

Use twisted pair RCA cables. I recently replaced my twisted pair RCA cables with some non-twisted pair (big mistake). I had no alternator whine before, but now it's apparent. And my power wire and RCA's are run down opposite sides of the car.

Cheap $15 twisted pair RCA's are much better than any $50 non-twisted pair cable with fancy outer shielding.

Nothing wrong with JVC. I don't understand your... JVC ---> capacitor... you aren't running power off your headunit are you?

Anyway, it could be a combination of multiple things... cheap wire (bad shield), cheap rca's, low voltage head unit, how/where you run your wires, and most likely..the amps.

I'm quite happy with the JVC head unit I've been using for the last half a year. No noise whatsoever and build quality seems quite solid. I would suspect poor wiring/low quality wire or the amps.

Pull the RCA's out of the inputs on the amp(s) and if the noise continues check that you have a solid ground. If you still have noise the amps are the culprit.

for all my wiring i have used only the cheaper boss wiring kits and have had no real problem today but i did just get my JVC back from the dealer and there were significant problems and it works much better now and there is no alternator wine that i can hear. And to clarify, the JVC is running straight from the battery, not the Headunit. But i am running the two amps off of the capacitor rather than using a distributor block to branch off the main to both amps and the capacitor, not entirely sure if this is good or not but it does make everything work nicely. The head unit is the standard 50W X 4 Channels.

Read the sticky on alternator whine. It's ALWAYS due to ground loops. The HU ground is different than the amp ground and you get ground currents running through the RCA shields. Different cables SOMETIMES helps, but the real issue is GROUNDS GROUNDS GROUNDS GROUNDS GROUNDS GROUNDS GROUNDS.

I have that same JVC deck and it's fine.

At full power, you will be drawing about 450 amps. However, I doubt you will be pushing your system that hard. So, that being said, I would use...
