ummm...no. Don't ruin good subwoofers by buying shitty amplifiers. Your best bet is to go with Profile. Check them out on http://www.thezeb.com My personal preference is to go with the CL or Clarus series, since i hav had problems in the past with the CA or california series. You get a little better warranty and a few more features. But Profile clarus series will be much better than those sony...plus u'll get more power for the money. Check out what rms power u need at what ohm load, and u should find one to fit what u need. good luck, peace

Acually the sony mono amps are very good, and powerful the rated rms on them is pretty close to actuall. But if you get one for each your underpowering those subs by 200watts rms on each, try and find 2 amps with 600watts rms at 2ohm. Actually let me find one!

This jbl has 600watts rms at 4ohm which the speakers are.

This power acoustik is nice it runs 600watts rms at 4ohm

If you need cheaper i can find one better.

or even better...get 2x profile CL800. Find them on ebay new for cheap...

there, 23 of them available. Order 2 of them and you'll have you'll have two 600 watt rms amplifiers for $260!!! Also, make sure your subs are dual 2ohm subs...if not then get something else like...

my actual preference...a much better way would be to get one amplifier that will give 1200 watts rms. Just get a jbl1200.1

http://search.ebay.com/search/search.dll?query=jbl+1200.1&ht=1&sosortproperty=1&from=R10&BasicSearch=

whether your subs are dual4ohm or dual2ohm the amplifier will give you 1200 watts at either 2ohms or 1ohm. so, go ahead and get that...also talk to capone on the board. He had 2 10" se's and a 1200.1 good setup. peace

I guess I'll be going with the JBL1200, thank you all. I got one more quick question if you don't mind. I'm a little confused when it comes to the wiring. For what I can see if I wire them in series I will get 2ohm per sub.

Now, my question is how do I wire them from the enclosure to the Amp and still drive it at 2ohm? Does I make any sense?

make sure you triple check the voice coil configuration. They are most likely dual 4ohm subs. So, you must while each individual sub in parallel to get a 2ohm load with each speaker. Then wire the speakers in parallel to get a final 1ohm load to the amp. peace

I think your front stage is spot on. If your DSP has a dongle that connects to your phone, then you are getting the full clear signal. No need to...
