Don't mix and match them. Completely different sound characteristics

That's probably true. If your really going to use both though the PHD has a shorting ring which is a rarity in CA these days. I'd bet the midrange on those is nicer so I'd do those up front and use the tantric's as the fill.

PHDs will walk on the tantrics.. Especially the 6.1 pro
