Philips (Renault) radio with cd changer

I need a diagram and explanation of the connectors on the Philips DC22/461-62l radio in my 2003 Renault Megane Scenic which can connect to a cd changer but none is fitted. I have a changer from a Clio that I would like to use but the connector is different to any on the radio. The Clio connector is square in section and female. Can any one help or point me to where I can get the info please.
