Phoenix Gold Amp Trouble...

I'm having trouble deciding what amp to get. I'm looking at all Phoenix gold. What amp should I get, how does this one look?\

any recommendations? someone explain the whole OHM thing?...I have 2 JL W6 12's(old ones) thanks.

what are the specs of ur sub?
