poly fill and porting ?????

ok i just bought 2 cerwin vega 12d4's

and i just bought a box that will fit in my trunk

my subs require 2.22 cubic ft ported tuned at 35hz

the box i have is sealed and 1.3 cubic feet

how much poly fill do i use to make the sub think its in a 2.22 cubic foot box?

and should i still port it to 35 hz with poly fill in the box ?
