Profile BA400 400 Watt Amp

I was wondering if anyone had used this amplifier ever and could give me a brief overview if it was good or was it a bad amp. did it have a good amount of power or just basically what you think about its performance. thank you.

also on the amp it says

"400 WATT Bridgeable 2Ch MOSFET Amplifier"

but then on amazon .com it says

"Profile 200-Watt 2-Channel Amplifier (BA400) "

well, it's a 400 watt MAX amplifier. It will give you something loke 200 watts rms @4 stereo and 300 watts rms at 4ohm mono. My friend owns one, this is one of there VERY early models/lines which is discontinued. he has sent his back twice to be repaired.

Profile's new lines, the ne California and especially the Clarus lines are much better. Great amps for the amount of money. If ur interested check out...

yeah, i've got a 2003 CA800, it's pretty spicy. i've heard the older Bajas can be rather skank though, so be careful.
