Question about PG T1200?

I have a PG Tantrum 1200.1. They do not reccomend running this amp at 1 ohm. I am running this amp at 4 ohms right now and am enjoying it very much. If you decide to go with the JBL 1200.1 then you will need to invest in a ssf, there is not one built in like there is in the Tantrum.

what will you be running with the amp?

If you are running a dual 2 ohm VC you can just run it at 4 ohms and get about 1400 RMS from that amp. If you are running a single 2/4 ohm VC you will be fine, 2 dual 4's can be run at 1 or 4 ohms, so pick 4, adn 2 dual 2's can be run at 1/2, 2, 8 so pick 2.

It is an extremely versitile amp. You should be fine with almost any setup.
