I am begining a new install on my Volvo 850.
Started on the doors tonight. Very early stages but I thought I would post some pics of the progress. 6's in the lower door will be housed in a pod of some shape. The goal will be a module that attaches to the door panel and metal door surface, and houses the speaker angled at opposite side's listener. What you see here is just the masking off of the area that I plan on fiberglassing tomorrow.
Marking where i will cut the hard fiberglass when i get it on there, tomorrow.
And that the back of the door looks like....
