What does everyone do when they run itno a visor that is barely too thin to install a visor tv into?

how much too thin is it?

you might be able to add a piece of masonite into the center of the visor to add a little thickness, or add a few layers of foam and re-vinyl it.

I have built a custom visor from masonite, fiberglass, and bondo. That is my preferred way of doing it. Looks **** cool in the end too.
