Touchscreen will not work

Hello, I recently purchased a used avh p1400 pioneer deck of eBay. I installed it my self and everything seems to work except I can't use any of the touchscreen buttons nothing happens when I tap the screen anywhere. Could this be a wiring issue or did I just get ripped off?

You got ripped off its used... It's eBay.... It's an internal issue

eBay has a resolution feature. First contact the seller. If they don't resolve your issue. File a complaint on eBay.

Try resetting the unit first before you flie any claims.Should be a reset button on the unit to place back to basic settings

A toothpick generally works just fine...Hold for a count of 6-10 seconds
