Please elaberate. I curious about horns myself. I have never heard a set and everyone says how good they are. Good at what? SQ, imaging, what?Highs...
Plus it pushes the crossover point down out of the critical midrange region, so that they are played by a single point source. Horns will play the entire frequency range ~1khz and up.really good imaging straight outta the box.theyre really efficient and deafening.
their midrange is pretty killer too.
horns are generally a love or hate relationship and require tuning.
I HATE THEM!!!!!

i had to do the latterOh yeah...and, while their efficiency and output is nice, it also causes problems matching them up to mids. You either need very stout midbass drivers, or you need to choke the horn down a TON to level match them properly.
