Ported Enclosure or Sealed Enclosure?

To me Ported it louder for like rap and stuff, and sealed is for pop and tight bass.

I prefer sealed, not too much on spl. My perfects have very little spl compared to other subs. They're loud enough for me though. I like sq more, peace

ported is better with subs that can handle it in the right type of enclosure. if you are a big SQ fan, sealed is the easiest way to go, unless you are an excellent enclosure maker.

AudioGuy, if you like them, rock on, and screw everyone else. I wish $60 dollar subs still sounded good to me, but I screwed up and listened to higher grade stuff, now I gotta save $500 bucks for some Brahmas.
